Terms of Service
1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) Your upline cannot be changed.
7) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
8) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
9) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
10) Payouts.Members can request payout once they reach the minium earnings for their membership level.Members must post in forum when paid to receive next payment.Maxium payout at any one time is $10.00.Members may have several requests.Payouts are made within 30 days or reasonable time thereafter.Members are paid in order of request and once proof of payout posted in forum (not first payout).Any member that DEMANDS payout will have their account terminated without notice nd lose of all earnings
11) All members from China must upgrade their account:Demand for a full Chinese membership upgrade, if you do not upgrade the account it will be deleted.If the Direct Referrals are All 100% from China, you will be considered as cheating. Not upgraded no payout
12) If upgraded membership ends and you have not requested payout before exspires any earnings will revert to free membership payout level.
13) Any over payout however made ie in wrong currency of ( high rate ) we have the right to request repayment of any such sum via paypal or to deduct the overpaid amount from members next payment.Also any payout made by us in a lower rate of currency members have the right to request the differance due to them or we will add the due amount to members next payout.
14) A % of earnings is invested into site for advertising.The amount will be credited to members Purchase balance
15) Members from china that do not upgrade their accounts from free membership will only get paid 50% of payout request and 50% to their purchase balance as from today 20th noverber
16) We remain the right to modify prices of members upgrades,ads and banner prices without notice.a small charge is made/deducted from all funds added to members account to cover fees.If you do not agree to all above terms then please delete your account with us.
17) As from 1st Jan 2110 all members that have not invested in (IE brought upgrade,ptc ad,s banners invested in site via paypal) will have all earnings paid to purchase balance for advertising only NOT TO BE USED TO UPGRADE if member trys to upgrade via earnings will be put back to free member and loss that days earnings altogether.I will check to see if member has invested in site before any payouts are made.Members that have invested in the past but has run out will have 50% of earnings paid into their purchase balance and 50% payout.
